Are any of the newer exhaust systems for Suzuki Gsxr's compatable with older air cooled models ie 1987 1100?
I have a 1987 gsxr 1100. Beautiful blue and white Old School. Curious if anybody knows if any of the newer exhaust systems for the liquid cooled 1100's or 1000's work on the old dinosaurs. Also any suggestions for tires? The 18 inch rims make tire selection tricky.

as for the exhaust.. run a tape measure over them at the bike shop... as long as the Diameter is the same & there close to the right spacing ,, close to the right drop to clear under the motor/ Frame.. you should be able to flex them a small amount to fit..( Especially if you have an OXY set to get some heat on the pipes)..
if you know someone with a mig/ tig welder you could make up a set to fit... ( Just an after thought)..
