Halo 3: One or mroe people don't ahve required maps to play?

I downlaoded both cold storage and the map pack that had rats nest, foundry and that one other one, re downloaded it, deleted both of them adn tehnr e downloaded it again but it still says that i dont ahve the maps. I loaded it in ac ustom game and then loaded it in a forge game. After that i played by myself in both custom and forge games and it still doestn work.

Well there are fourth map packs available in Halo 3. You say you downloaded 'Both' so you only downloaded 2 out of four.

For many playlists, you need all four map packs. the only playlists you can play with heroic (the one that contains foundry etc) and cold storage are LONEWOLVES, and SOCIAL SLAyER.

there are many playlist that can say something like 'non-cold storage DLC required' which means that you need all Packs but the cold storage.

The four map packs are legendary, heroic, mythic, and cold storage.
You only have heroic and cold storage. That explains y it says one or more players do not have the required maps to play.
